IN THE VINEYARD

Quality wine is born in the vineyard

Crops that follow the rules of organic agriculture, using only natural products. Our cultivation choices are respectful of the environment; the preference is for manual and mechanical interventions, with controlled grassing of the soil between the rows against water washout and erosion, use of biocompatible substances. The harvest is manual and the grapes are carefully selected.

 

 

 

IN THE WINERY

Wines to love and remember

Winemaking process is traditional, but it is supported by advanced technologies; the aging lasts at least three years before sale; low sulphite content, in line with the dictates of organic winemaking.
