It is a wine that can keep its characteristics unchanged over time. Clear with an intense red color tending to the garnet; the perfume has notes of underbrush and ripe fruit; the taste is soft and persistent, leaning on a firm and elegant structure. Serve at a temperature around 18-20 ° C in large glasses with stem. Not filtered; any sediment on the bottom is a sign of a rich and active wine in its refinement. Aged 2-4 years in large oak cask.
