It is a full-bodied wine, clear, ruby ​​red wine with garnet reflections. The nose offers hints of dried fruit, balsamic and spicy notes. The taste is intense, soft and persistent. It is best appreciated at a temperature of 18-20 ° C in large glasses with the stem. Not filtered; any sediment on the bottom is a sign of a rich and active wine in its aging. Aged 2 years in barriques and tonneaux.
